About The Position

At Bayer, we are seeking an experienced Lead Product Manager to define product strategy, align cross-functional teams, and drive business value through high-impact digital solutions. Lead Product Managers ensure that products are fulfilling their primary purpose to enable users to perform tasks that create value for the company. They are responsible for setting the strategic vision for the product, ensuring the customer and their needs are at the center, and ensuring team priorities support business outcomes. They also manage the product backlog, prioritizing the work of assigned squads to achieve the vision and aligned strategy. Senior Enterprise Product Managers drive strategy and execution for a complex ecosystem of digital products that cross multiple workflows, technical platforms, business units, and other product teams. They are accountable for aligning people, processes, and technology to provide the optimal end-to-end experience for key personas and deliver the most value for the company. The primary location for this role is Indianola, PA (Pittsburgh, PA metro area).

Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or 5 years of equivalent practical experience in lieu of a degree
  • 10+ years of experience in product management
  • 5+ years of experience with Agile delivery and DevOps practices
  • Strong expertise in SAP ECC and S/4HANA, including translating business requirements into technical design specifications
  • Experience integrating CRM and ERP platforms using middleware such as PI/CPI and BTP
  • Understanding of radiology business processes across manufacturing and service environments
  • Experience designing integration solutions across platforms such as ERP, Service CRM, PLM, MES, and labeling systems
  • Experience in product design, development, testing, and end-to-end SDLC delivery
