This role owns SAP Commissions configuration support, translates compensation plan requirements into system logic, and partners with enterprise data teams to enable automated, accurate incentive calculations and ongoing optimization of incentive compensation plans within the SAP Commissions platform. This role serves as a critical connector between the business, People Technology, and Enterprise Data teams—translating compensation plan requirements into system logic, ensuring required data and metrics are available and integrated, and enabling accurate, automated incentive calculations. The role acts as a configuration backup and functional expert, supporting plan builds, enhancements, and system-driven automation of commission processes.
