About The Position
Pioneer is seeking a business-first SAP Business Process Lead to own the Plan to Produce workstream on a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation. The role is accountable for business process design, with transformation focused on business outcomes rather than technical scope. The lead guides the program through fit-to-standard workshops, resolves cross-workstream process dependencies, and maintains process integrity across design, build, and deployment.
Requirements
- Deep business process design experience, primarily within SAP, with a strong understanding of underlying business operations independent of the tool.
- Experience implementing SAP as a business-led initiative where process design drives system design.
- Understanding of SAP S/4HANA Plan to Produce functionality, including demand management and supply planning; production engineering and execution; material staging and production supply; quality management; and batch and inventory management.
- Ability to work backward from SAP functionality to define the business processes, master data, and inputs required to drive it.
- Past experience creating business process flows.
Nice To Haves
- Working understanding of SAP’s Active Methodology, including having leveraged SAP Best Practice flows.
- Experience creating business process flows following BPMN standards.
