About The Position

We are seeking a skilled SAP BRIM Business System Analyst to design and validate end-to-end usage data pipelines. This role involves ensuring accurate billable-item creation and commitment-vs.-actual reconciliation. You will configure and troubleshoot Convergent Mediation, manage billable-item disposition workflows, and lead integration testing between CPQ and BRIM. The position requires a functional understanding of contracts, commitments, overages, and invoicing workflows, with a focus on CPQ-to-BRIM integrations and SQL-based data validation.

Responsibilities

Design and validate end-to-end usage data pipelines from Sales CRM into BRIM Convergent Mediation.
Ensure accurate billable-item creation and commitment-vs.-actual reconciliation.
Configure and troubleshoot Convergent Mediation.
Work on integration with CI Disposition & Invoice Execution.
Manage billable-item disposition workflows: validate incoming disposition requests, create or modify invoices, apply goodwill adjustments, split composite BITs, and ensure compliance with contract terms.
Lead functional and technical testing across the CPQ-to-Billing pipeline.
Validate event schema definitions and payload structure between Sales CRM and BRIM.
Test bidirectional event flows: disposition requests → BRIM, BIT alerts → Sales CRM, invoice-created events → Sales CRM.
Perform end-to-end event delivery testing, including timing, retry logic, and failure scenarios.
Test threshold-based event triggers (e.g., (USD)25K outstanding-balance alert).
Validate data transformation and mapping logic in AEM or Business Technology Platform (BTP) adapters.
Identify and document integration gaps or timing issues.
