About The Position

Santa Claus is responsible for spreading holiday cheer and greeting customers. The role involves engaging cheerfully with children and adults, including offering high fives and photo opportunities. Santa Claus represents the store’s S.T.E.W. values and helps create a welcoming, positive customer experience. This is a seasonal hourly position that starts after Thanksgiving. Weekend work is required, with a $5 hourly premium on Saturdays and Sundays. The hourly rate is $22–$30, plus the weekend premium.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Enthusiasm.
• Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with children.
• Good customer service skills.
• Good oral communication skills.
• Flexible schedule, including the ability to work overnight or mornings.
• Availability to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a friendly smile and positive attitude so they feel welcome and appreciated.
• Interact cheerfully with children and adults, providing high fives and photo opportunities.
• Collaborate with team members and offer assistance and support as needed.
• Help maintain store efficiency.
• Represent the store positively in interactions with customers and team members.
