About The Position
The Sanitor works at Post Consumer Brands’ Lawrence, Kansas facility, which produces pet food brands and operates on a 24/7 production schedule. The role involves using industrial equipment to clean and sanitize production equipment and areas, completing janitorial tasks, and maintaining a clean, sanitary, and orderly workplace to support employee and food safety. The starting rate is $20.97 per hour. Employees work 12-hour shifts on Saturday–Monday with alternating Fridays, or Tuesday–Thursday with alternating Fridays.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to comply with a strict attendance policy.
- Desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Ability to work independently and with a team.
Responsibilities
- Operate industrial equipment to clean and sanitize production equipment and production areas.
- Perform janitorial tasks throughout the facility.
