About The Position

The Sanitation role supports sanitation activities in a plant environment, ensuring equipment and production areas are cleaned, sanitized, and maintained in compliance with food safety, safety, and quality standards. The role contributes to a safe and efficient workplace by following established procedures and supporting production readiness. It reports to the Sanitation Supervisor and is located in Fayetteville, Arkansas. The shift is 8:00 PM–5:30 AM, with an hourly rate of $19.49 plus a $1.00 shift differential.

Requirements

• Detail oriented with strong attention to cleanliness and compliance.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Understanding of food safety practices and risk awareness.

Nice To Haves

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Machine Operator experience preferred.
• Sanitation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize equipment, including machinery, hoppers, and extruders.
• Use approved chemicals to clean and maintain production equipment.
• Sweep, mop, and clean assigned production lines and surrounding areas.
• Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Follow all safety and Human Resources policies and procedures.
• Attend work as scheduled and maintain punctuality.
• Complete Lockout Tagout training within the first 90 days.
• Support additional duties as assigned.
• Identify food safety risks and escalate concerns to the lead or supervisor.
