About The Position

JBS is hiring a full-time, hourly Sanitation Team Member for third-shift production cleanup in Worthington, Minnesota. The role pays $22.10 per hour and involves cleaning and sanitizing production machinery, floors, and assigned areas. Team members set up and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, monitor sanitation and organization, and operate heavy equipment. The work is hands-on and performed at a fast pace in production and maintenance environments.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong desire to work in a hands-on environment.
• Good attendance and safety records.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds on occasion.
• Ability to walk for 4–8 hours daily.
• Ability to stoop and bend at the waist on occasion.
• Ability to use required personal protective equipment effectively.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize machinery and floors in a production-line setting.
• Perform basic cleaning in and around the assigned area.
• Set up, stock, and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Monitor and maintain sanitation and organization in assigned areas.
• Operate heavy equipment.
• Work hands-on at a high speed and lift items weighing over 50 pounds at times.
• Remain aware of surroundings and notify a supervisor of hazards.
• Perform other duties as needed or assigned.
