About The Position
The Sanitation Worker supports daily kitchen and dining operations at Life Enriching Communities’ Twin Towers senior living community in Cincinnati, Ohio. The role helps maintain clean and efficient kitchen and dining areas while supporting back-of-house and dining staff. This is a full-time position with rotating shifts based on departmental operational needs; available shifts are 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. and 12:00 p.m.–8:00 p.m.
Requirements
- Some high school education.
- Some prior experience in a related food service position.
- Customer service background and orientation.
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to work as a team player with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
Responsibilities
- Clean equipment in the Main kitchen and Cafe, including the grill and fryer.
- Empty trash containers and recycling bins throughout all units, the dining room, and kitchen, and dispose of waste in the proper areas daily.
- Gather soiled linen daily from all units, the main dining room, and Bistro, and prepare it for pickup by the cleaning vendor.
- Wash dishes.
- Assist Line Cooks with food preparation as needed.
