About The Position
The Banquet Steward supports the food and beverage service team by staying active and helping maintain clean, sanitary service areas. Duties include sorting and washing used dishes and utensils, returning clean items to storage, and cleaning the general restaurant area, including sweeping and mopping floors and cleaning tables. The role requires flexibility to accommodate varying schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and may involve carrying or lifting up to 50 pounds, walking, bending or twisting, and climbing stairs.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to think on your feet and keep up in high-pressure situations.
- Ability to accommodate varying schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to be on your feet for extended periods and to walk, bend or twist, climb stairs, and occasionally carry or lift up to 50 pounds.
