About The Position
The Sanitation/Steward supports the food and beverage service team by staying active and helping maintain clean and sanitary restaurant areas. The role involves sorting and washing dishes and utensils, returning clean items to storage, and assisting with general cleaning. The position requires working on your feet and accommodating varying schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to think on your feet and keep up in high-pressure situations.
- Ability to accommodate varying schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical activities such as carrying or lifting up to 50 pounds, walking, bending or twisting, and climbing stairs.

- Previous food and beverage experience.
Responsibilities
- Sort and wash dirty and used dishes and utensils.
- Return washed dishes and utensils to storage areas.
- Help keep the general restaurant area sanitary and clean, including sweeping and mopping floors and cleaning tables.
