About The Position

The Merchandiser travels daily to retail stores and customer accounts to present Liberty Coca-Cola products according to company merchandising standards. The role stocks, organizes, and replenishes products; builds and maintains displays; ensures signage and product placement are correct; and keeps product areas clean and safe. As a brand ambassador, the Merchandiser represents the company professionally and builds positive relationships with retail store personnel. The work is fast-paced and physically demanding, with a strong emphasis on safety.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Valid driver’s license in state of residence; a Motor Vehicle Report will be reviewed.
Reliable personal vehicle available for daily work use.
Ability to work in tight or crowded spaces.
Ability to work weekends as part of the regular schedule.
Comfort working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
Ability to maintain a professional appearance and follow food-handling, safety, and sanitation standards.
Self-motivated and dependable, with the ability to complete tasks independently and on time.
Ability to repeatedly lift and carry products up to 50 lbs. from the ground, low shelves, or up to shoulder height.
Ability to bend, kneel, stand, and perform continuous physical tasks for several hours at a time.
Ability to use proper posture and safe body mechanics when lifting and moving cases.
Ability to read and follow plan-o-grams and written set instructions accurately.
Ability to work comfortably in backrooms or storage areas with varying temperatures.
Ability to safely operate a motor vehicle to travel between stores.

Responsibilities

Stock, organize, and present products on shelves, racks, displays, and in coolers so customers can find them easily.
Transport products from store backrooms to the sales floor using approved equipment such as hand trucks.
Build, adjust, refresh, and replenish product displays.
Set up, change, or take down in-store displays to support promotions and seasonal needs.
Ensure product signage is correct and understandable to shoppers.
Keep product areas clean, tidy, and safe; set aside damaged or defective items.
Follow plan-o-grams and instructions to place products according to company standards.
Represent Liberty Coca-Cola professionally, wear required uniforms, and build positive working relationships with store teams.
Perform work in a manner that protects personal safety and the safety of coworkers, contractors, and the public.
Comply with company safety policies, procedures, training requirements, and applicable regulations.
Use required PPE, tools, and equipment properly.
Report unsafe conditions, hazards, near misses, injuries, and incidents promptly.
Participate in required safety training, meetings, audits, and safety improvement initiatives.
Maintain a clean, organized, hazard-free work environment in accordance with 5S and housekeeping standards.
Stop work and notify leadership if a task cannot be performed safely or conditions present imminent danger.
Support a safety culture by holding oneself and others accountable for safe behaviors.
Travel between stores by motor vehicle.
Follow food-handling, safety, and sanitation standards.
