About The Position
Drybar is looking for a hands-on Salon Manager to lead one of their Washington DC, Virginia or Maryland locations. This is a working leadership role, meaning you'll coach and develop your team while stepping behind the chair when needed to support the business and deliver the exceptional service our guests expect.
Requirements
- Active Cosmetology License
- Leadership experience in a salon or other service-based environment
- Strong blowout and styling skills
- Passion for coaching and developing others
- Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of Stylists and Bartenders
- Create an engaging, high-performing team culture
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience every day
- Support the team behind the chair during busy periods
- Oversee daily operations, staffing, scheduling, and shop performance
- Drive retail sales, memberships, and operational excellence
