About The Position
Jaggers, part of the Texas Roadhouse brand family, is seeking a Manager to assist the Managing Partner with daily restaurant operations. The Manager helps deliver fresh food and exceptional guest service, drives sales and guest satisfaction, and supports a safe, fun, and clean work environment consistent with company values and operational goals. The role includes overseeing food quality, training, restaurant cleanliness, equipment maintenance, and guest feedback.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales and guest satisfaction.
- Enforce employment policies in the area of responsibility in conjunction with the management team.
- Monitor tickets and set the pace during peak hours.
- Conduct formal line Taste & Temp checks.
- Provide and oversee thorough training.
- Maintain proper food handling, maintenance, and storage of all items.
- Conduct table visits with guests to gather insights and help develop sales strategies that improve the guest experience and drive sales.
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness and proper equipment maintenance, directly or through staff.
- Create a safe, fun, and clean work environment for staff consistent with company values and operational goals.
- Maintain restaurant cleanliness and guest safety at all times.
