About The Position

Palm Beach Tan is seeking a passionate, hard-working Salon Director/Store Manager to represent its nationwide brand. The role involves leading a salon team, meeting sales goals, hiring and training Beauty Consultants, supporting customers with product and service consultations, and ensuring the salon operates in accordance with company and legal requirements. The position offers hourly pay of $20.00–$27.00, plus commission and bonus opportunities. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Leadership or management experience.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to stand, bend, and walk for extended periods, up to 7 hours per day.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
• Reliable transportation.
• Flexible availability, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
• Hire and train Beauty Consultants.
• Provide ongoing training to the team.
• Consult with customers about skin care, tanning, and beauty products.
• Ensure company and legal policies, procedures, and requirements are met.
• Maintain a clean and organized salon.
• Handle cash and open and close the business.
• Track goals and performance metrics.
