About The Position

Palm Beach Tan is seeking a Salon Director, also described as a Store Manager, to represent its nationwide brand and lead salon operations. The role offers base pay plus commission and bonus opportunities, training in customer service, sales, and leadership, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for growth. The salon provides sunbed tanning, spray tanning, skin care, and wellness services. The position involves leading and training Beauty Consultants, supporting customers, meeting sales goals, and maintaining salon operations and standards.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Leadership or management experience.
At least 18 years of age.
Ability to stand, bend, and walk for long periods, up to 7 hours per day.
Ability to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
Reliable transportation.
Flexible availability, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
Hire and train Beauty Consultants.
Provide ongoing training to the team.
Consult with customers about skin care, tanning, and beauty products.
Ensure company and legal policies, procedures, and requirements are met.
Maintain a clean and organized salon.
Handle cash and open and close the business.
Track goals and performance metrics.
