About The Position
RNR Tire Express is hiring full-time Sales Representatives to help customers find tire and custom wheel products and services. Sales Representatives communicate with customers, primarily over the phone, learn about their needs, explain products and services, and help close sales. They process orders accurately and follow through to support customer satisfaction, business operations, and team sales goals. Previous sales or customer service experience is helpful but not required.
Requirements
- Have a valid state driver's license and a clean driving history.
- Pass a drug screen and background check.
- Have basic computer skills.
- Be physically able to lift and organize heavy products, including lifting up to 50 lbs. unassisted.
- Be personable, communicate effectively, remain goal-oriented and motivated, work to increase sales and improve efficiency, and focus on providing an excellent customer experience.
Nice To Haves
- Previous sales or customer service experience is helpful but not required.
- Experience as a sales representative, account manager, account executive, sales manager, or in a similar role is a plus.
