In this role, you’ll guide clients through their car-buying journey, from identifying the right vehicle to finalizing the sale. Requirements

  • Professional, courteous, and customer-first mindset
  • 1–2 years of sales or customer-facing experience (automotive preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required

  • bachelor’s degree is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Assist clients in selecting new and pre-owned vehicles that match their needs and preferences
  • Present features, pricing, and competitive advantages of vehicles with confidence and clarity
  • Guide customers through test drives, trade-in evaluations, and financing options
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients by delivering consistent follow-up and support
  • Collaborate with sales managers and team members to exceed individual and team goals
  • Uphold professional standards and contribute to a positive, high-energy showroom environment
  • Track customer interactions and sales performance using dealership tools and reports
