About The Position

This role involves executing full-cycle recruiting for sales and go-to-market (GTM) positions. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing top talent. A key aspect of the role is developing and maintaining a robust pipeline of passive candidates through strategic outreach, networking, and relationship building within the SaaS and tech industry. The position requires partnering with hiring managers and sales leadership to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and cultural fit to identify ideal candidates. Additionally, the recruiter will utilize ATS/TMS tools and other recruiting technology to track candidate progress, manage workflows, and generate recruiting metrics and reports. Tracking and analyzing recruiting KPIs such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire is essential to optimize recruiting efficiency and effectiveness.
