Additionally, the recruiter will utilize ATS/TMS tools and other recruiting technology to track candidate progress, manage workflows, and generate recruiting metrics and reports. Tracking and analyzing recruiting KPIs such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire is essential to optimize recruiting efficiency and effectiveness.
