This role involves executing full-cycle recruiting for sales and distribution roles, managing the entire candidate journey from sourcing through offer negotiation and onboarding. The position requires developing and implementing targeted sourcing strategies to build a robust pipeline of qualified sales talent, utilizing multiple channels including LinkedIn, industry networks, and referral programs. You will partner closely with sales leadership and hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and long-term talent needs. Additionally, you will track and report on key recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and pipeline velocity using ATS systems, and conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform compensation benchmarking and talent acquisition strategy.

Requirements
