Salesforce Recruiter III

Job MobzSan Francisco, CA

About The Position

Employer.com, part of the Recruiter.com family of brands, has partnered with Salesforce to place contract recruiting talent supporting their North American Sales organization. Salesforce is one of the world's leading enterprise software companies, consistently recognized as a top employer, and a place where contract engagements come with real conversion potential and solid brand name impact on your career. This is a six-month hybrid contract engagement running June 22 through December 22, 2026, based out of Salesforce's San Francisco office at 50 Fremont St with three days per week on-site. You will own full-cycle recruiting for Sales and Distribution roles, managing the complete candidate journey from initial sourcing through offer negotiation and onboarding. Day to day, you will develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, industry networks, and referral programs to build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified sales talent. You will partner directly with sales leadership and hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and longer-term talent needs, functioning as a trusted advisor rather than a transactional coordinator. Market research and competitive analysis will be part of your remit, informing compensation benchmarking and helping shape talent acquisition strategy for the business. You will also track and report on key recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and pipeline velocity through the ATS, contributing to team-level visibility into pipeline health and hiring performance. Conversion to a full-time role is available for the right candidate following the standard schedule.

Requirements

  • 6 to 10 years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a demonstrated focus on Sales or Distribution roles
  • Proven ability to partner with senior and executive-level hiring managers as a trusted advisor, not just a coordinator

  • Comfortable managing multiple requisitions simultaneously in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to run HM relationships and candidate processes independently
  • Proficiency with enterprise ATS platforms (Workday used here; teachable for the right candidate)
  • Ability to work on-site three days per week at the San Francisco hub (50 Fremont St)

Nice To Haves

  • Prior recruiting experience at a SaaS, cloud software, or enterprise technology company
  • Background recruiting for GTM sales teams including AEs, RSDs, Channel, or Distribution roles
  • Familiarity with Workday Recruiting
  • Experience contributing to team-level pipeline reviews, recruiting strategy discussions, or headcount planning conversations
