Requirements

  • Create and manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, incorporating change management activities alongside technical workstreams.
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, track sprint progress, and foster an Agile environment that adapts quickly to change.
  • Develop and execute a change management plan for each engagement, including stakeholder analysis, training strategy, and a communications plan.
  • Ensure clear communication of requirements, deliverable dates, and change impacts to all stakeholders.
  • Conduct change impact assessments to identify how new Salesforce solutions affect end users and business processes.
  • Collaborate with development teams to understand solution opportunities and limitations, and translate them into stakeholder-ready communications and training materials.
  • Identify and manage resistance points, partnering with client sponsors to drive adoption.
  • Balance client and internal team needs, including managing deliverables with external vendors as needed.
  • Provide production and technical knowledge for optimal execution decisions, while ensuring solutions are designed with end-user adoption in mind.
  • Ensure projects remain on schedule by managing resources across both delivery and change workstreams.
  • Communicate project and change-readiness status with product and account leads.
  • Measure and report on user adoption and change-readiness metrics throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Anticipate and address potential project and adoption issues proactively.
  • Demonstrate problem-solving skills to find effective solutions for both technical and organizational challenges.
  • Technical depth gets you in the door.
  • Humble — a team player first. You teach as readily as you learn, and you don't need to be the smartest person in the room to add value.
  • Hungry — genuinely curious and self-driven. You take on a new certification or course because you enjoy it, not because it's assigned, and you dig into unfamiliar problems until you've figured them out.
  • Smart — people-smart. You read a room, enjoy talking with customers, and can hold your own in front of a client audience.
  • Excited about AI — you're already using AI tools to work faster and deliver better outcomes, and you want to keep pushing on that. This is where our SF+ practice is headed, so it's a practical, non-negotiable skill, not a nice-to-have.
