About The Position

This role requires a seasoned Salesforce Product Owner with a strong technical background and extensive experience in Agile environments. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of various Salesforce clouds and related technologies, with a proven track record in delivering complex Salesforce solutions. Responsibilities include defining product vision, managing the product backlog, and collaborating with development teams to ensure successful product delivery.

Requirements

• 4-yr Technical Degree (Computer Science or equivalent)
• Certified Product Owner, Scale Agile Framework (SAFe) or 5+ years of related experience in Agile environment.
• Strong knowledge of Service Cloud, Health Cloud, Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Non-Profit Cloud, and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM).
• 10+ years of experience in Salesforce Development, Architecture, and Delivery.
• 3+ years of experience utilizing different prioritization techniques such as MoSCow, Value vs. Effort, and Kano Model.
• Expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud, Data Cloud, and Service Cloud.
• Solid grasp of system documentation, including APIs, Pub/Sub architectures, and cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for Salesforce initiatives.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog using various prioritization techniques (MoSCoW, Value vs. Effort, Kano Model).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of Salesforce features.
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the development team.
• Ensure the successful implementation and adoption of Salesforce solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and industry best practices.
