About The Position

We are seeking a Salesforce Technical Product Owner with extensive experience in product definition, feature definition, EPICs, and user stories within the Salesforce ecosystem. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Agile methodologies, including Safe Agile, JIRA, Agile Craft, and Kanban. This role requires strong communication, mentoring, and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to elicit, document, and manage business, functional, and technical requirements. Experience in writing user stories, conducting sprint ceremonies, and reporting on scrum team health is essential. A background in Telco products and services is a plus.

Requirements

• Safe Agile trained
• 8+ years of experience in Product definition, Features definition, EPIC and User story definition in Salesforce
• Knowledge of JIRA, Agile Craft, Kanban, Agile Development Methodology, Microsoft Office tool and Sharepoint.
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills
• Extensive experience planning, facilitating, eliciting, documenting, and managing business, functional and technical requirements.
• Expertise in writing User Stories, conducting Sprint ceremonies and reports on health of scrum team.
• Significant experience with both traditional waterfall SDLC and Agile/Lean methodologies.
• Exceptional writing, communication, teamwork and influencing skills that foster a collaborative and continuous improvement environment.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of Telco products and services is added advantage.
