About The Position

The Salesforce Health Cloud Business Systems Analyst (BSA) will join a consulting team for a 12-month engagement with a premier US healthcare client. In this liaison role, the BSA bridges clinical and business stakeholders with technical development teams, leading requirements gathering, analyzing healthcare workflows, mapping clinical data structures, and translating business needs into functional specifications for Salesforce Health Cloud implementations. The role includes facilitating stakeholder workshops, documenting current and future-state processes, conducting gap analyses, creating user stories and acceptance criteria in Jira, and designing process flows, data-mapping diagrams, wireframes, and use cases. The BSA collaborates with architects, developers, and QA teams through Agile ceremonies and helps ensure Health Cloud solutions align with healthcare data governance and HIPAA/PHI requirements. The BSA also develops test plans, functional test cases, and UAT scenarios; coordinates UAT execution and defect resolution; validates fixes against business intent; and creates training materials and process guides to support user adoption. This is a contract role for 40 hours per week over a 12-month term. The work model is described as 100% hybrid / remote, and candidates must reside in the United States or Canada and have legal work authorization without requiring sponsorship.
