About The Position

The Senior Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) Administrator reports to the IT Director and is responsible for administering and enhancing FSC for Insurance Broker to support client, policy, claims, servicing, and relationship management within an Insurance Broker Management ecosystem. This role is expected to embed AI-driven administration and delivery patterns into daily work, using tools like Copilot and Einstein to improve user experience, delivery velocity, and decision-making. This role can be fully remote/virtual/work from home and you can be based anywhere in the US.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 years of Salesforce administration experience.
  • Hands-on experience with Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
  • Experience with Digital Insurance, FSC for Insurance Brokers, and Salesforce Industries.
  • Experience in installing and managing AppExchange products.
  • Demonstrated adoption of AI-driven delivery practices (Copilot, SF Vibes, prompt engineering).
  • Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, Flows, and OmniStudio (OmniScripts, FlexCards, Integration Procedures, Data Mappers).
  • Proven experience enforcing engineering standards: Trigger Actions Framework, WITH SECURITY_ENFORCED / User Mode DML, SLDS, accessibility, and proper error handling.
  • Strong SOQL/SOSL skills, including relationship queries, selectivity, and large-data-volume considerations.
  • Solid grasp of Salesforce security model: profiles, permission sets / permission set groups, sharing rules, OWD, FLS, CRUD, and User Mode DML.
  • Proven ability to use AI to improve efficiency, accuracy, and end-user outcomes.
  • Strong Salesforce configuration and security expertise.
  • Strong stakeholder communication skills.
  • Demonstrated experience with CI/CD for Salesforce (validation-only deploys, scratch orgs or sandboxes, automated tests in pipeline).

  • OmniStudio / Industries Common Core experience (OmniScript, FlexCard, Integration Procedures, Data Mappers).

Responsibilities

  • Lead the technical implementation, Administer and Configure, Salesforce solutions within Financial Services Cloud for Insurance Brokers.
  • Develop and maintain custom code (Apex, Lightning Web Components), integrations, and automation (Flows, Process Builder).
  • Maintain client, policy, and broker relationship models.
  • Translate user stories and acceptance criteria into clean, testable, bulkified code that meets a 90%+ Apex test coverage bar (with meaningful assertions, not just coverage).
  • Collaborate with enterprise architecture to ensure alignment with corporate standards and long-term technology strategy.
  • Configure automation using Flows and declarative tools, enhanced through AI-assisted configuration and optimization techniques.
  • Leverage AI-enabled platform capabilities (Einstein, Agentforce, SF Vibes, prompt-driven automation) to improve user experience and platform adoption, deliver intelligent insights on client and policy data, and accelerate configuration, troubleshooting, and enhancements.
  • Configure and support Salesforce Industries / OmniStudio components.
  • Support Experience Cloud portals for brokers and customers.
  • Partner with architects and developers to determine optimal AI-assisted vs configuration vs custom solutions.
  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP callouts, Platform Events, Change Data Capture, Named Credentials, and External Services.
  • Participate in DevOps processes, incorporating AI-assisted release and deployment practices.
  • Troubleshoot issues using logs, analytics, and AI-supported diagnostics.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance and security standards.
