Salesforce Experience Cloud Product Owner (Product Owner III) - REMOTE

Net Health•Pittsburgh, PA
•$120,000 - $150,000•Remote

About The Position

The Salesforce Experience Cloud Product Owner owns the full product lifecycle of Net Health’s Salesforce Experience Cloud community, a strategic customer and partner platform treated as a product rather than a static site. This individual-contributor role combines hands-on development and technical design (approximately 70%) with product ownership (approximately 30%). The role designs, develops, tests, and deploys community functionality using LWC, Apex, Flow, integrations, and Agentforce AI, while owning the roadmap, backlog, and technical direction within Enterprise Technology/Salesforce platform standards. It is not a people-management role. The Product Owner serves as the in-house Experience Cloud authority, directing the community’s data model, component architecture, security model, technical design, release strategy, and success metrics. The role leads agile ceremonies, manages delivery and dependencies, communicates outcomes to stakeholders, supports community operations, and evolves AI-agent capabilities to improve genuine case resolution and deflection. Net Health is a high-growth healthcare SaaS company that provides software and predictive analytics across the continuum of care. The company describes its work environment as work-from-anywhere and highlights a collaborative culture and progressive benefits.

Requirements

  • 1–2+ years specifically working with Experience Cloud (formerly Community Cloud), including Experience Builder, themes, topics and navigation, LWC in communities, and external-user sharing and guest access.
  • Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of scoping, building, and shipping a feature without relying on a separate product owner or development team.
  • Product or Agile experience with roadmaps, backlogs, and sprints for a digital product or platform.
  • Source-driven development experience with SFDX, Git, sandbox-to-production processes, and Apex unit testing.
  • Experience building REST/SOAP API integrations with authentication and error handling.
  • Hands-on Agentforce or comparable AI-agent experience, including configuration, grounding, tuning, and monitoring.
  • A track record of improving case-deflection metrics.
  • Ability to build Salesforce reports and dashboards; familiarity with Experience Workspaces and Insights.
  • Strong cross-functional communication skills, including the ability to produce technical design documents, release notes, and community guidelines.
  • Proficiency with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Aha, or Wiki, and with Git-based source control.
  • Proficiency with Office 365 and Salesforce platform tools, including Experience Builder, SFDX, and VS Code.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with product analytics or UX tools such as Pendo or Google Analytics.

Responsibilities

  • Own the Experience Cloud community roadmap end-to-end, define priorities, write user stories and acceptance criteria, reprioritize requests and technical debt, and coordinate cross-team dependencies.
  • Lead agile ceremonies, accept or reject sprint deliverables, own release cadence and feature rollout strategy, present results to non-technical stakeholders, and report delivery to CX leadership.
  • Design, build, test, and deploy custom Experience Cloud functionality using LWC, Apex, Flow, platform events, and asynchronous Apex.
  • Build REST/SOAP API integrations with appropriate authentication and error handling.
  • Own the external-user security model, including sharing sets, permission sets, and guest access.
  • Use source-driven development with SFDX, Git, and CI/CD; tune SOQL for efficiency and governor limits; and review contributor code against organization-wide standards.
  • Own the community’s data model, component architecture, and technical design, and define and track engagement, deflection, and satisfaction metrics.
  • Monitor Salesforce release cycles and plan remediation ahead of enforcement dates; collaborate with stakeholders to shape the platform roadmap.
  • Build and tune the Agentforce AI agent, including topics, prompt templates, and Apex/Flow-backed actions; monitor containment and case-deflection metrics; and improve agent performance through code, configuration, or content changes.
  • Evolve agent capabilities across Salesforce releases and distinguish genuine issue resolution from suppressed escalations.
  • Maintain community structural health, including topics, navigation, moderation, and case workflows.
  • Partner with Product Education and Support on onboarding and participation programs, and align the roadmap with Client Success, Marketing, and Product.
