About The Position

We are seeking an enthusiastic Salesforrce Engagement Manager with relevant experience. This role is ideal for someone eager to develop their career in Salesforce technologies and helping to grow our professional services practice.

Requirements

• 11+ years managing Salesforce and/or other Cloud Software implementation projects using LEAN AGILE methodology
• Salesforce Certifications (Admin, Sales, Service, PD etc.)
• Agile Certifications, Capgemini Engagement Manager L1 Certification
• At least 5 years of Salesforce Project Management, Engagement Management Experience
• Management and successful delivery of all phases of at least 2 Salesforce implementations

Responsibilities

• Management of Salesforce projects from start to finish using agile delivery approach
• Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
• Responsible for the deliverables, cost, schedule, and quality of the project
• Develops, reviews and approves project plan(s) and scope; ensuring all facets of the project deliverables are met
• Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities
• Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope
