About The Position

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a hands-on Salesforce Platform Developer to design and build production-grade Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, and integration platforms. The developer will deliver custom business logic, integrations, user interfaces, and automation that meet complex enterprise requirements while respecting platform limits and supporting long-term maintainability. The ideal candidate has delivered meaningful Salesforce work in production, writes idiomatic Apex and modern LWC, and uses declarative-first approaches while applying code where it adds clear value. This is a full-time, direct W2 position with Bright Vision Technologies, working remotely within the continental United States. The role supports the company’s in-house Statement of Work engagement; there is no third-party client, vendor, or implementation partner. C2C, 1099, and other third-party arrangements are not accepted. New H1B sponsorship is unavailable, though qualified candidates with a valid H1B may apply for a transfer. A technical coding assessment is mandatory.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Five or more years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
  • Deep expertise in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce platform limits.
  • Strong proficiency in Lightning Web Components and modern JavaScript.
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Hands-on experience with Flow and declarative automation.
  • Strong understanding of the Salesforce data model and sharing.
  • Experience with Salesforce DX and modern source-driven development.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Willingness to work directly as a full-time W2 employee of Bright Vision Technologies and contribute to in-house SOW deliverables.
  • Must complete a technical coding assessment.

Nice To Haves

  • Salesforce Platform Developer II certification.
  • Experience with Industry Clouds, such as Financial Services, Health, or Manufacturing.
  • Familiarity with MuleSoft or other middleware platforms.
  • Exposure to Einstein AI or Agentforce development.
  • Experience with Experience Cloud (Communities) development.

Responsibilities

  • Develop Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, queueable jobs, and scheduled jobs while respecting governor limits and bulkification principles.
  • Build Lightning Web Components for rich, performant user experiences across Salesforce surfaces.
  • Design and implement automation using Flow, Process Builder migration, and declarative-first patterns.
  • Develop integrations using REST, SOAP, Platform Events, Change Data Capture, and Salesforce Connect.
  • Implement complex data models, including custom objects, relationships, formula fields, and validation rules.
  • Build and maintain sharing models, profiles, permission sets, and row-level security configurations.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive Apex unit tests with meaningful coverage and assertions.
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines using Salesforce DX, Copado, Gearset, or AutoRABIT.
  • Participate in code reviews, contribute to development standards, and document technical decisions.
  • Troubleshoot production issues, including governor-limit errors, integration failures, and data anomalies.
  • Collaborate with admins, architects, and product owners to refine requirements.
  • Optimize performance for large-data-volume scenarios, including selective queries and asynchronous patterns.
  • Support upgrades, releases, and refactoring of legacy implementations toward modern patterns.
  • Stay current with Salesforce releases, Einstein/Agentforce features, and platform innovations.
