About The Position

The Salesforce Developer owns Fullbay’s Salesforce platform end to end, including day-to-day administration and configuration, custom Apex and Lightning Web Component development, integrations, and long-term technical architecture. The role includes gathering requirements, translating business needs into maintainable Salesforce solutions, managing deployment processes, resolving production issues, documenting technical designs and configurations, and participating in sprint planning and project prioritization. The developer is also expected to identify process and data-model improvements and evaluate relevant Salesforce releases, AI features, tools, and platform updates.

  • Commitment to clean, documented, testable, and maintainable work.
