About The Position

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a hands-on Salesforce Platform Developer to design and build production-grade Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, and integration platforms. The position is an in-house Statement of Work engagement, with Bright Vision Technologies as the employer and no third-party client, vendor, or implementation partner involved. It is a full-time, direct W2 role that is 100% remote in the continental United States. The salary range is $100,000–$150,000. Candidates must complete a technical coding assessment. No new H1B sponsorship is available, but qualified candidates with a valid H1B visa may apply for transfer support. The developer will deliver custom business logic, integrations, interfaces, and automation for complex enterprise requirements, while maintaining platform limits and long-term maintainability. The role calls for production Salesforce experience, idiomatic Apex, modern LWC development, and a balance of declarative-first approaches with code where it adds clear value. The company describes the opportunity as offering career growth potential and emphasizes diversity, inclusion, and equal employment opportunity.
