About The Position

As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing customized solutions for our government clients. Your primary focus will be on coding, configuration, and integration of Salesforce applications, ensuring seamless functionality and optimal performance. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, administrators, and other developers, to deliver high-quality solutions that enhance our Salesforce implementation.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and platform capabilities, with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Proven experience in integrating Salesforce with external systems using APIs, middleware, and web services.
• Proficiency in unit testing, debugging, and performance optimization of Salesforce applications.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders effectively.

Nice To Haves

• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer certification is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Developer Experience (DX) for source-driven development and continuous integration.
• Familiarity with Agile development practices and experience in working within Agile project environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement custom Apex classes, triggers, and Visualforce pages to address complex business requirements and improve overall system functionality.
• Develop and maintain integration solutions between Salesforce and other third-party applications, databases, and systems, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
• Customize Salesforce configurations, workflows, validation rules, and process builder to streamline business processes and user experience.
• Assist in data migration and data cleansing activities, ensuring data accuracy and completeness throughout the implementation.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging of Salesforce applications to identify and resolve issues, ensuring reliable and error-free functionality.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of code, configurations, and integration processes for future reference and knowledge sharing.
• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features, releases, and best practices, proposing, and implementing improvements to enhance system performance and efficiency.
