About The Position

Accenture is hiring a Salesforce Delivery Lead for its Financial Services Salesforce Business Group. The role leads complex Salesforce programs for financial services clients, advising senior stakeholders and directing high-performing delivery teams. Requirements

At least 8 years of progressive Salesforce delivery, program leadership, or consulting experience.
At least 5 years leading large-scale Salesforce implementations or managed services programs.
At least 3 years delivering solutions in the Financial Services domain.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with a minimum of 12 years of work experience. With an associate's degree, at least 6 years of work experience is required.

Nice To Haves

Experience managing complex, multi-workstream programs involving Salesforce, integrations, data migration, testing, deployment, and production support.
Experience leading distributed onshore, offshore, and client delivery teams.
Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform.
Experience managing program financials, delivery risks, issue resolution, resource planning, and executive stakeholder communications.
Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise platforms such as MuleSoft, Informatica, ERP systems, and third-party patient services applications.
Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud or equivalent Financial Services CRM platforms and use cases.
Experience delivering projects using Agile, hybrid, or scaled Agile frameworks such as Scrum or SAFe, and adapting delivery methods to client context.
Customer orientation and strong client relationship-building skills.
Strong background in cloud computing solutions.
Experience leading an application functional team (configuration, customization, Force.com development) or an application integration team, including data integration and data modeling.
Prior consulting experience at medium to large consulting firms focused on cloud computing, including solution architecture, storage, SaaS, multi-tenant computing, or large-scale computing environments.
PMP or other project management certification.
Salesforce.com or other cloud platform certification.
Experience with headless or composable CRM architecture patterns.
Experience managing technical delivery across distributed onshore/offshore teams.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce transformation programs across scope, schedule, budget, quality, and client expectations.
Serve as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders, providing delivery leadership, governance, and strategic guidance.
Build, lead, and mentor cross-functional onshore, offshore, and client teams.
Oversee Salesforce solution delivery for Financial Services platforms, ensuring alignment with business objectives and architectural standards.
Manage program financials, resource planning, delivery operations, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Support sales pursuits, solutioning, AI-enabled delivery, and development of new Salesforce capabilities and offerings for Financial Services clients.
