About The Position
The Senior Salesforce Consultant will build and enhance Salesforce solutions across core cloud platforms, AI, and data capabilities. The position is listed as remote within the US, with candidates in the Washington, DC area preferred. Requirements
- 8–10 years of Salesforce experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Experience with Agentforce, Einstein AI, and Data Cloud.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Nice To Haves
- Marketing Cloud, Salesforce CPQ, and Financial Services Cloud.
- Tableau and Salesforce analytics experience.
Responsibilities
- Configure and customize Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Work with business teams to understand requirements and deliver practical Salesforce solutions.
- Implement and enhance capabilities using Agentforce, Einstein AI, and Data Cloud.
- Support integrations, testing, troubleshooting, and ongoing platform improvements.
