About The Position

abra is hiring a Salesforce Business Analyst. We’re looking for an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to join a leading global tech company through Abra. This is a temporary position for approximately 6 months as a maternity leave replacement. Hybrid model: 2 days a week from the office — Tuesdays and Wednesdays. In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders and Information Systems teams to define, design, implement, and support Salesforce solutions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience with Salesforce
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce automation tools: Flow, Process Builder, Validation Rules
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hebrew
  • Strong analytical skills and business process orientation
  • Team player with high integrity and ownership

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems Engineering, or Software Engineering
  • Experience with Apex, C#, or Java

Responsibilities

  • Lead Salesforce-related projects end-to-end — from requirements gathering and design to implementation, training, and stakeholder communication
  • Document, design, test, and support system implementations using Salesforce best practices
  • Provide tactical support for issues and bugs reported on the Salesforce platform
  • Build and improve business processes, integrations, automations, and tools
  • Work with internal Sales, Marketing, and Services users
  • Manage change communication and coordinate end-user training
  • Create clear functional specifications and translate business needs into practical solutions
