About The Position

SunSoftOnline is hiring a Salesforce Business Analyst for an Arizona state agency. This role requires collaboration with business units to gather, analyze, and document Salesforce requirements. The analyst will translate business needs into functional specifications, work with developers, and serve as a liaison between IT and business stakeholders. Responsibilities include performing gap analysis, identifying process improvements, supporting configuration and testing of Salesforce components, developing process flows and documentation, and conducting user training and change management support.

Requirements

• Phoenix metro residency with city on resume
• U.S. citizen or green card holder, no sponsorship
• W2 only, no C2C
• Travel to different locations within Arizona is required.
• Salesforce experience, with either Sales Cloud or Service Cloud
• Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201)
• Azure DevOps or Jira
• 5+ years as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or IT Analyst, with at least 2 years on Salesforce
• Proven experience gathering and documenting business and technical requirements
• Agile methodologies (Scrum or SAFe)
• Bachelor's degree
• HireRight background check and drug screening
