Guidehouse is seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst to join their team. This role involves providing first-line analysis for Salesforce production issues, including defects, data problems, automation failures, permissions issues, and integration incidents. The analyst will triage and prioritize incidents, perform root cause analysis, document issues, and support incident resolution. Additionally, the role involves eliciting and clarifying enhancement requests, translating them into user stories and requirements, and partnering with developers and administrators. The analyst will also support UAT, maintain an enhancement backlog, ensure changes adhere to standards, and help identify opportunities for improvement. A key aspect of the role is supporting the stability and governance of the Salesforce platform, including assessing impacts of seasonal releases.
