Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of Salesforce & role experience
- In-depth understanding of the business process
Responsibilities
- Gather requirements via our bi-weekly touchpoint sessions with our business owners
- Write user stories via Jira
- Requirements acceptance through facilitating Product Owner to review the requirements/user stories for accuracy and acceptance
- Responsible for user and product documentation
- Responsible for business process mapping
- Responsible for being the synergy between the business and the development side of the project
- Plan, lead, and execute User Acceptance Training (UAT) with business owners
