About The Position

As a Salesforce Administrator with at least one year of experience, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our Salesforce platform. Your responsibilities will include configuring and customizing Salesforce to meet our organizational needs, collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement process improvements, and ensuring data integrity and accuracy. You will also provide end-user support, troubleshoot technical issues, and stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features and best practices. Your technical skills, analytical mindset, and excellent communication will be essential in driving user adoption and enhancing our business performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, software development, or other related field, and at least one (1) year of Salesforce experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
  • Excellent technical skills.
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact with internal and external customers and team members.
  • Ability to research and evaluate new technologies.
  • Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal.

Nice To Haves

  • Salesforce certifications (i.e., Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Administrator) preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Customize and configure Salesforce to meet organizational needs, including creating custom objects, fields, workflows, and validation rules.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions to improve processes and productivity.
  • Implement system enhancements and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Manage user profiles, roles, permissions, and security settings in Salesforce.
  • Perform regular data maintenance tasks, including data cleansing, de-duplication, and data import/export.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy by identifying and resolving data quality issues.
  • Develop and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards to provide insights into sales and business performance.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Provide end-user support, including troubleshooting user issues, answering questions, and resolving system-related problems.
  • Stay up to date with new Salesforce features, releases, and best practices.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
