About the position
As a Salesforce Admin for Weedmaps, you will be responsible for the ongoing development and documentation of Salesforce products. Your role will involve configuring and maintaining the CRM platform, as well as overseeing documentation and change management practices. You will collaborate with senior Salesforce personnel, collect requirements, and write change management and technical documentation. Additionally, you will support business partners, map business processes within Salesforce.com, and drive efficiency through tooling and automation. This is a remote position with a base pay range of $111,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year.
Responsibilities
- Handles basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, automation, and other routine tasks
- Assists Senior Salesforce Personnel in collection of requirements and documentation
- Writes change management and technical documentation for release notes
- Coordinates the evaluation, scope, and completion of new development requests
- Works with leadership to ensure appropriate levels of support are given and that requests are resolved in a timely fashion
- Works with Management to drive efficiency through tooling and business process automation
- Supports Senior Salesforce Personnel in their duties, aid in handoffs with business partners
- Has a good understanding of how to map business processes within Salesforce.com while being able to explain technical elements to non-technical personnel, verbally and in writing
- Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements
- At least 2 years of administrative experience of Salesforce.com and a willingness to grow knowledge
- Bachelor degree preferred
- Strong project management skills and a positive attitude
- Willingness and ability to learn new skills in both low-code and no-code environments
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or other data aggregate software
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Excels in a fast-paced work environment
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written
- Ability to multitask with competing priorities
- Self-starter who works well independently
- Comfortable with long-term remote work
- Adaptable and calm under pressure
