The Enterprise Applications team is responsible for all systems and data visibility about our customers. The Salesforce Admin II is an integral member of the Enterprise Applications team, assessing the business needs and providing technical delivery to our overall system needs. They help administer the Salesforce platform to support all business units at Jamf. They are responsible for improving and enhancing the Salesforce platform by gathering requirements, implementing custom and out-of-the-box functionality, designing scalable best practice solutions, and helping implement the product roadmap. As part of an Agile Scrum team, the Salesforce Admin II will work closely to refine and prioritize user stories, and work with a team of Salesforce Admins and other technical contributors to support feature delivery and ultimately help Jamf achieve it’s business objectives. They will be a subject matter expert for specified areas of the platform, working closely with business stakeholders drive system efficiencies and standardization across the platform. This role is offered as remote in Minneapolis, MN or Eau Claire, WI. You may be required to work periodically at a Jamf office or collaborative work location with other Jamf employees in your area for certain events or moments that matter. We are only able to accept applications for those based in one of these communities.
