About The Position

Communications Install Solutions Inc is seeking a driven, enthusiastic Sales professional to represent its communications and installation products and services in Burlingame, California. The role involves finding and developing customers, presenting solutions, managing sales relationships and pipeline, and working with installation and operations teams to deliver a seamless customer experience. The position offers annual compensation of $85,000 to $110,000.

Requirements

Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Experience with JIRA, Gsuite, and Excel.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer applications.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred.

Experience in communications, technology, or installation services.
Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

Prospect and generate new leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
Present and sell communications and installation products and services to potential clients.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new customers.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Prepare and deliver sales proposals and product demonstrations.
Collaborate with installation and operations teams to support a seamless customer experience.
Track sales activity and pipeline using CRM tools.
Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for organizational stakeholders.
