We are looking for a Sales Trainer to join our Customer Care Center team and help develop confident, customer-focused insurance sales professionals. Our office is located in Mt Laurel, NJ and a local candidate is preferred but this role can be done in-office, hybrid or fully remote from anywhere in the continental US. The Customer Care Center Sales Trainer works with our customer-facing representatives to strengthen sales effectiveness, call quality, compliance awareness, and trainee readiness within our remote call center environment. In this role, you will develop and deliver targeted coaching, live call training, and performance support to help Collector Insurance Specialists improve sales conversion, customer engagement, and consistent execution of company standards. In this role, you will play a key role in refining sales techniques, building confidence, and equipping our sales representatives with practical tools such as objection handling and closing strategies. Additionally, you will support our Customer Care Center Trainers with new hire training and related training needs as assigned.
