Drive Social Media is seeking a Sales Trainer to provide initial sales onboarding and continuous support to new hires, helping them ramp up quickly. This role involves conducting effective training on prospecting, lead management, and cold calling, as well as coaching Business Developers based on key performance indicators. The Sales Trainer will also be responsible for editing, modifying, and creating onboarding and training materials, developing personalized training plans for underperforming individuals, and tracking/reporting on the effectiveness of new hires and Business Developers. A key aspect of this role is maintaining a productive sales floor with a winning culture and daily structure through accountability, relationship building, and data. The Sales Trainer will collaborate with sales leadership to analyze and refine sales strategy, manage the day-to-day activities of Business Developers to ensure micro actions lead to macro results, and work cross-functionally to train Account Management teams on upselling and customer service.
