Drive Social Media is seeking a Sales Trainer to provide initial sales onboarding and continuous support to new hires, helping them ramp up quickly. This role involves conducting effective training on prospecting, lead management, and cold calling, and coaching Business Developers based on key performance indicators. The Sales Trainer will also be responsible for editing, modifying, and creating onboarding and training materials, developing personalized training plans, and tracking the effectiveness of new hires and Business Developers. Additionally, the role involves maintaining a productive sales floor, fostering a winning culture, and ensuring daily structure through accountability and data analysis. Collaboration with sales leadership to refine sales strategy and manage the day-to-day activities of Business Developers to ensure micro actions lead to macro results is crucial. The Sales Trainer will also work cross-functionally to train Account Management teams on upselling and sales-focused customer service.
