About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Sales Trainer to design, implement, and deliver training programs that develop and support sales teams, with a strong focus on early-career professionals. The Sales Trainer will play a key role in enhancing prospecting, closing, objection handling, and follow-up skills, while fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in sales (ideally as a BDR/SDR).
  • 1–2 years of experience in leadership roles.
  • Strong understanding of the full sales cycle.
  • Proven experience in sales training and coaching.
  • CRM proficiency (Salesforce, Apollo, or similar).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire early-career professionals.
  • English proficiency

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement training programs (on-site, with occasional virtual sessions).
  • Train SDRs and BDRs on core sales skills: prospecting, closing, objection handling, and follow-up.
  • Provide individual and group coaching sessions.
  • Collaborate with Sales and HR teams to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Track KPIs and optimize training programs accordingly.
  • Create and update training materials to reflect best practices.
  • Foster a continuous learning culture across the sales organization.
