Paid Training Sales Trainee
About The Position
Farris Jeep is hiring motivated candidates for a paid training program to become automotive sales professionals. No automotive or sales experience is required; the company provides training from the ground up, daily coaching, and mentorship from experienced leaders. The role offers opportunities to develop customer communication, relationship-building, vehicle presentation, lead follow-up, and customer-experience skills, with potential for career advancement and leadership growth. The dealership describes a supportive, team-focused environment and reports substantial incoming leads, showroom traffic, appointments, and repeat and referral business. Compensation includes weekly base pay, commissions, monthly bonuses, and up to $5,000 per month in guaranteed pay during training for qualified candidates.
