Sales Representative – Paid Training
About The Position
MPower Direct is urgently hiring Sales Representatives in Chicago who want a real career: structured training, professional standards, and a team that takes the work seriously. Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Experience in retail, customer service, hospitality, inside sales, or logistics, or none at all
- Someone professional, dependable, and punctual
- Comfort talking with new people
- A coachable, goal-oriented approach
- Interest in building a long-term career in sales
Responsibilities
- Meet homeowners face-to-face in assigned Chicago neighborhoods
- Explain the program clearly, accurately, and honestly
- Enroll customers yourself, with no handing deals off to a closer
- Represent MPower Direct professionally in every conversation
- Train daily and work toward individual and team goals
