About The Position

Hilton Grand Vacations is hiring a Sales Tour Guide for its HGV REAL Hawaii real estate licensing program. The position includes paid real estate coursework and training, and requires obtaining a Hawaii real estate license within six months of hire. Requirements

• At least 1 year of proven sales experience.
• Experience in travel, tourism, hospitality, or customer service-related fields.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet performance metrics associated with the position.
• Ability to resolve complex customer service issues and adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment.
• Obtain a Real Estate license within six months of hire.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and some holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Present products and concepts during discussions with clients while touring property locations.
• Accurately present HGV Max product information to clients using the Company-approved fact sheet.
• Participate in department meetings to receive key information about HGV Max and related updates.
• Complete daily education and study hours for the state and national real estate coursework curriculum.
• Acquire a Hawaii Real Estate License within six months of hire.
• Promote a positive work environment and adhere to HGV core values and policies.
• Perform other reasonable duties assigned by management based on business needs.
