Travel + Leisure Co.•Angels Camp, CA

About The Position

The Tour Guide is the first point of contact for guests and owners, creating a welcoming arrival experience and supporting their journey through presentation check-in, administrative coordination, and handoff to the licensed Sales team. The role is strictly non-sales in nature under California Department of Real Estate regulations and provides a structured pathway toward a licensed Real Estate Sales role. The Tour Guide welcomes guests, verifies identities and appointments, maintains guest records in the CRM, prepares presentation spaces and equipment, and provides general information about resort amenities and local attractions. The role also includes administrative tasks, documentation, compliance training, team meetings, and other operational support. Associates may not discuss sales-related information, interpret legal documents, answer detailed property inventory or value questions, or influence purchasing decisions. Travel + Leisure Co. provides onboarding and compliance training, along with pre-licensing education and subsidized licensing support. After successfully obtaining a California Real Estate License, associates become eligible to transition to a commissioned Sales Associate role. Compensation for this unlicensed role is hourly, with eligibility for flat-rate booking verification bonuses and administrative incentives; compensation is not tied to real estate sales, transactions, or property values.
